Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Lawn Cutting & Edging

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing across Buda, Kyle and the south-Austin corridor — sharp blades, clean edges, blown walks before we leave.

Weekly or bi-weekly cuts on a fixed day, scaled to your lot. Sharp blades, mulch-cut by default, height adjusted by season so the grass keeps moisture in summer and never gets scalped. Edged borders along beds, walks, and drives every visit. Walks and drives blown clean before we pull away.

Starts at $45 · per visit

  • Tree Trimming & Removal

Live oaks, cedars, hackberry, mesquite — proper cuts at the right time of year, full clean-up, brush hauled off.

Crown thinning, deadwood removal, height reduction, and full removals. Live-oak work scheduled outside the oak-wilt risk window (no cuts Feb 1 – Jun 30 unless an emergency, and every cut is sealed). Brush is chipped or hauled — we never leave a pile.

  • Landscape Design

Sit-down design walk with Rey and Jose — bed layout, plant pick, hardscape lines, and a quote you can read.

Free on-site design walk. Rey walks the property with you, Jose sketches the bed lines and plant placement on the spot. You leave with a hand-marked plan, a clear materials list, and a fixed price for the install. No mystery line-items.

  • Planting & Beds

New bed installs, plant replacement, mulch refresh — Texas-tough plants picked for sun and water reality.

Bed cuts, soil amendment, plant install, and a fresh top-up of hardwood or cedar mulch at the right depth (2-3 inches). We pick plants that survive Hill Country sun and clay — salvia, lantana, agave, yaupon, Mexican feathergrass — and we tell you which ones won’t work before you spend the money.

  • Mason Work & Stone

Flagstone walkways, retaining walls, stone borders, and small patio work — laid on a real base, not on dirt.

Hand-set flagstone, dry-stack and mortared stone walls, paver borders along beds and driveways. Compacted base, geotextile underlayment, polymeric sand on pavers, weep holes on retaining walls. The boring foundational stuff is what makes it last past the first hard rain.

  • Fences

Cedar privacy, chain-link repair, and gate work — set in concrete, plumb, with the boards facing the right way.

Full cedar privacy fence builds (6′ and 8′), chain-link repair and replacement, gate hardware, and post resets after storm damage. Posts set in concrete, picket spacing consistent across the run, and the smooth side facing your neighbor unless you tell us otherwise.

  • Decks & Pergolas

Backyard decks, pergolas over patios, and small covered structures — pressure-treated frame, cedar or composite top.

Ground-level and elevated decks, freestanding and house-attached pergolas, cedar arbors, and shade structures over existing patios. Pressure-treated frame, cedar or composite decking, hidden fasteners on the top course where it makes sense.

  • Cleanups & Hauling

Spring resets, fall leaf hauls, post-storm brush, and the back corner of the yard you’ve been avoiding.

Full property resets — leaves, sticks, dead growth out, beds re-edged, mulch refreshed if you want. Post-storm brush, overgrown lots, post-tenant move-out yards. Trailer hauls included; we don’t leave bags at the curb.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
